Deadlines depend on the agreed scope and timely client feedback.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Give necessary access to accounts (if applicable)

  • Review and approve materials within a reasonable time

  • Fulfill payment obligations on time

Failure to provide required materials may delay delivery and does not justify a refund.

 

2.2 Online Courses & Trainings

Online courses, masterclasses, workshops, and any digital education products are provided through:

  • Pre-recorded videos

  • Live Zoom sessions

  • Downloadable worksheets

  • LMS (Learning Management System) platforms

  • PDF course materials

Access

Course access details will be provided after payment.
Access may be:

  • Lifetime

  • Limited-time

  • Subscription-based

(depending on the course description).

No Sharing of Login Details

You may not share your course login with others.
Doing so may result in account suspension without refund.

 

2.3 Digital Products

Digital products may include:

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • E-books

  • Document bundles

  • PDF files

  • Canva templates

  • Spreadsheets and worksheets

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via:

  • Email

  • Download link

  • Customer account area

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Claim authorship

  • Offer as part of your own products

Unless explicitly permitted in the product description.

 

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in [currency] and may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely via:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • Online payment gateways

We do not store your payment details.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marketing Services

Refunds are not available once:

  • Work has started

  • The first meeting or consultation has taken place

If you cancel before work begins, we may issue a partial refund minus administrative fees.

Online Courses

Because access is provided instantly:

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

For live trainings, refunds may be offered only if the training is canceled by us.

Digital Products

Due to their downloadable nature:

  • No refunds are provided for digital products.

(Unless you received the wrong item due to our error.)

 

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, digital products, videos, texts, templates, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Morgan.

You may not:

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
